According to a UK scientist studying volcanic vents in the
ocean they hold a grave warning for future marine ecosystems. At the end of
last year, Dr Hall-Spencer published his findings on one volcanic expel site
off Ischia Island. The opinion of Dr.Jason Hall-Spencer's work is that our
oceans could lose perhaps 30% of their biodiversity this century.
Over the past 200 years, the world's oceans have already
absorbed a third to a half of the CO2 formed by humans, principally by the
blazing of fossil fuels. According to the Plymouth University investigator as
he swims towards them, the pH level of the waterfalls and he can use exacting
locations to simulate what the open ocean will be like in the decades in front
if emissions of distinctive CO2 go unimpeded and much of the that gas is
riveted into sea.
